How to redeem the prizes?

1. Log on to SENDingdong Website.
2. Search for the product name that you have won, e.g. "Mini Monkeys"
3. Click on the product name that you have won and add to cart
4. On the add to cart page, choose your desired delivery date and timing, add-on remark (optional), contact number and "Checkout"
5. Enter the voucher code on the "Discount" column at the right side of the page and click "Apply"
6. Enter your shipping address and billing address
7. Select your desired payment method and billing address, once completed, proceed to complete order. 
8. Congratulations your order has been placed! 

 All redemption is free delivery within Klang Valley only. There will be extra delivery charges for the delivery out of our coverage area. To find out our coverage area, please log in to SENDingdong website.
