  • How do I make a purchase in SENDingDong?
    • Step 1 - Shop for the product you want to purchase
      1. Choose your product
      2. Check product information
      3. Pick a delivery date
      4. Place any special remarks at “Remark” box. (Optional)
      5. Please help to answer “How did you first hear about SENDingDong?” (Optional)
      6. You can complete “Message on Card” for the item you purchased. (For the selected items only)
      7. Then click “ADD TO CART”
    • Confirm order
      1. Select the quantity you want to purchase
      2. Please write any special request at “Special instructions for seller” box. (Optional)
      3. Click “CHECK OUT” once you have completed your purchase.

      2. Choose your payment method
      3. Click “COMPLETE ORDER”.

  • Will I receive any order confirmation after placing an order?
    Yes, you will! An order confirmation with the order summary and customer information will be sent to you via email right after you have placed your order with a successful transaction.

  • Do I need to sign up an account on SENDingDong in order to place an order?
    Yes, you are required to sign up a SENDingDong account before making any purchases. By signing up a SENDingDong account, you are able to enjoy discount code and promotion for your purchase. Also, you can enjoy a better experience while shopping at SENDingDong.

  • I have ordered and confirmed payment with SENDingDong. What should I do next?

    Sit back and relax, our official delivery partner - SENDelivery will deliver your item to your doorstep.

    You may check the order progress at Order History which under My Account. When your delivery is on the way, a tracking link will be given for you to track your item(s).

  • Will I receive any receipt after payment?
    Yes, an official payment receipt from the payment gateway such as PayPal and ipay88 will send to your email after the payment success.

  • How can I know if my payment was successful or fail?
    If your payment was successful, you will be receiving:-
    • an email of order confirmation with order number given from SENDingDong
    • an email of payment receipt from the payment gateway
    If your payment was not successful, you might be receiving an email from the payment gateway to inform you that your payment was unsuccessful.

    Please be aware of the maintenance schedule of the payment gateway and the Bank reconciliation schedule as it might have impact on your payment (payment cannot be performed during this period of time). These will happen at around 11.30 p.m. to 1.30 a.m. depending on the payment gateway and bank.

  • Do you have Cash On Delivery (COD) payment method?
    Currently, SENDingDong does not support Cash On Delivery (COD) yet.

  • How to remove an item in the shopping cart?
    It is as simple as 1 2 3.
    1. Go to “Your cart”
    2. Find the item(s) that you would like to remove
    3. Click on the “Remove” button

 

  • How long will it take for the item to be delivered to me?
    SENDingDong is providing a same-day delivery online shopping experience. The item(s) will be delivered to you on the same day if you made your purchase not later than the cutoff time of 2.00 p.m.
    Example: Order placed before 2.00 p.m. You will receive the item on the same day.

    If your order is placed after the cutoff time, the item(s) will automatically be delivered to you on the next business day of SENDingDong.
    Example: Order placed on Saturday 2.30 p.m. You will receive the item on Monday.

    Please take note that different types of products will have different cutoff time. Please double check the cutoff time and delivery date before you add to cart.

  • Is your delivery service provider trustable?
    Of course. Our official delivery partner - SENDelivery is experienced in providing same-day delivery services. All SENDers are well trained. During the delivery process, a photo of the item(s) will be taken at the point of pick and delivery to ensure that:-
    • The item(s) is delivered in good condition
    • The item(s) is received by the user or someone collecting on their behalf
    At the same time, the recipient is required to provide their full name and IC upon collection of item(s) as an acknowledgement of goods received in good condition.

  • How will I know if the person who delivers is your SENDer?
    The SENDer will give you/the receiver a call upon the delivery. Besides, all the SENDers are well trained. During the delivery process, a photo of the item(s) will be taken at the point of pick and delivery to ensure that:-
    • The item(s) is delivered in good condition
    • The item(s) is received by the user or someone collecting on their behalf
    At the same time, the recipient is required to provide their full name and IC upon collection of item(s) as an acknowledgement of goods received in good condition.

  • How much are the charges for delivery?
  1. Free delivery with the total purchase of RM50 and above. (T&C Apply)
  2. RM10 delivery fees will be charged if the purchase is below RM50(T&C Apply)

  • Is the same day delivery service available for other State also?
    The same day delivery service only available within Klang Valley area from Monday to Saturday only. Other state delivery will take about two(2) to four(4) business day with additional delivery charges applied.

    All orders must be placed before 2.00 p.m. (Different types of products will have different cutoff time).

    Please note that all Gift categories (Balloon, Cake and Flower) delivery is only available within Klang Valley area. 
  • How will I know my purchase are really on their way?
    You will be receiving an email from SENDingDong to inform you that your shipment in on the way, an order tracking number (Job number) / ETA link will be given to you to track your item(s) 
  • What if I am not around at home/office to receive the item?
    The SENDer will give you/the receiver a call upon the delivery. You may request a friend/family/colleague of you to receive the item(s) on behalf of you from SENDer. If you would like to rearrange the delivery location, you may call our hotline at 1700-81-5516 to inform our customer service. However, additional charges might be applied for relocation of delivery address and delivery time.

  • I placed an order before the cutoff time, but I have yet to receive my item(s).
    It would take around four(4) to five(5) hours lead time for same day delivery. However, if you did not receive your item(s) and any updates from SENDingDong on the above-said timing, please kindly contact our Customer Service at 1700-81-5516 to check on your delivery status immediately.
  • What if the item(s) is damaged when I receive it?
    We strongly advise you not to receive the item(s) when you found out it is damaged upon the delivery. Quickly snap a photo of the item(s) as a prove, email it to SENDingDong-support@send.com.my and contact our Customer Service at 1700-81-5516. We will investigate and the necessary action will be taken.

  • What if I received the item(s) different from what I ordered?
    We strongly advise you not to receive the item(s) when you found out it is different from what you have ordered upon the delivery and return it back to the SENDer. Quickly snap a photo of the item(s), email it to SENDingDong-support@send.com.my and contact our Customer Service at 1700-81-5516. We will rearrange the delivery on the next business day.

  • What if the SENDer has left?
    Please help us to keep the item(s) in good condition, especially perishable products (eg. Cakes and flowers). Contact our Customer Service at 1700-81-5516 and we will rearrange your item(s)to be delivered on the next business day and collect back the wrong item(s) at the same time.

  • Are your food and beverage halal?
    All listed foods and beverages use halal ingredients and operate from a pork free environment unless clearly stated.

  • I bought a skin care product and I feel uncomfortable after usage.
    We're sorry your unfortunate experience. We urge you to STOP using the product(s) and consult your doctor or dermatologist immediately.

    Please send us a detailed description of your condition, with pictures to SENDingDong-support@send.com.my. SENDingDong will investigate with the product brand and necessary action will be taken. Please note that issues must be reported within 14 days of receipt of the item. In certain instances, a medical certificate may be requested to identify if it is the product that caused the allergic reactions.

  • What should I take note when buying skincare product(s)?
    Different skin types and skin conditions may react differently to the products and brands. It is always best to know and understand how your skin reacts to different products and ingredients.

  • Are all the items on sales are all available in stock?
    Yes. All the items listed on SENDingDong website are available. It very rarely does it occur but should ordered item(s) become unavailable or out of stock, SENDingDong will call and inform you :-
    • For F&B and flower item, SENDingDong will make it up to you with the best of similar value product
    • For other item(s), SENDingDong will inform you the stock availability date or will be refunded if we cannot replace new stock.


  • Is the item(s) able to return or refund after received?
    Yes, we have a Returns and Refund Policy with T&C apply. You may click here to check on the details.

  • Can I still purchase item(s) that is out of stock?
    The item(s) will show on our website that it is out of stock. However, if you wish to purchase the item(s), here is what you can do.
    • Contact our Customer Service at 1700-81-5516 to check when is the item(s) will restock and ask our Customer Service personnel to inform you when the item(s) is available.
    • Stay tuned at SENDingDong to wait for the item(s) to restock.


  • What happen if the item(s) I ordered suddenly when out of stock?
    Our Customer Service personnel will contact you immediately if the item(s) is out of stock after you made the purchase. The replacement option will be given to you to select other item(s)
    • For F&B and flower item, SENDingDong will make it up to you with the best of similar value product
    • For other item(s), SENDingDong will inform you the stock availability date or will be refunded if we cannot replace new stock.
